SUPPORT POLICY:

All of our systems are supported on a 24 hr, 7 day a week basis. Support is provided via 800# voice and modem lines. Depending on the number of calls in the Support Queue, response time is within 2 hours. If the caller identifies the problem as critical the call goes to the beginning of the queue and the response time is immediate to within 15 minutes.

Support provided here, via the internet, is for registered customers with a current support contract in effect. Internet support requests are considered less critical and as such have a response time of 24 to 48 hours.

This is the "wish list" area. It is from the submitted requests that we develop enhancements for our systems. These enhancements are then made available in the next semi-annual or annual software update.
